Does my computer have everything needed for processing?
You can verify this on the page check technical requirements. You must meet all the requirements in order to be able to submit applications. In summary, you need a web browser Internet Explorer 9 or later, Firefox or Chrome, a java virtual machine version 1.7 or later enabled in your browser and have the pdf reader Acrobat Reader installed, also enabled in the browser.
Which certificates does the headquarters accept?
For processing, you need to make use of one of the certificates that we accept. We are working to incorporate certificates from other certification authorities.
Is it essential to use a certificate for processing?
The use of certificates is essential to access the Staff Area and to start electronic processing, except for Authorisation to drive on tracks and Authorisation for camping in camping area procedures that also allow for processing done by username/password. To obtain a username for these two procedures you need to appear in person at Council registration office.
