What is the headquarters?
It is an electronic space to relate to the Council of Tenerife, a single access point that we have made available to you and that allows you to carry out procedures, without time or space restrictions, with maximum security and contributing to a more effective and efficient use of public resources.
This channel allows you to interact by electronic means, every day of the year and 24 hours a day, for the submission of applications, documents and communications directed to the Council of Tenerife.
The Electronic Headquarters ensures that the information published is high quality and offers safe browsing and communication. All this under the shelter of the correct application of the principles of official advertising, responsibility, quality, safety, availability, accessibility, interoperability, neutrality, integrity, truthfulness and update of information and services.
How does it identify itself?
In accordance with the provisions of article 38 of the Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal System of the Pubic Sector, the electronic headquarters of the Council of Tenerife creates and regulates its operation through the Ordinance published in the Official Gazette of the Province of 27 February 2015, with the scope and characteristics included in this standard.
It is located at the web address sede.tenerife.es from which you will be able to access the different services available therein.
The holder of the electronic headquarters is the Area attributed with the competences of implementation and promotion of the electronic administration in the local Authority.
What services does it offer?
The Electronic Headquarters provides access to information and services and electronic procedures of the Council of Tenerife.
You can submit applications, documents and communications to this Administration, ask questions or submit queries through the Contact us section, contact us section, consult the Bulletin Board of the local Authority, access the Official Gazette of the Province, verify the validity of electronic certificates and documents, access your Personal Area to be aware of and manage applications and documents submitted and those still to be completed as well as information relating to your favourite processes, simply and easily.
