Official date and time
Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes that the provisions for the creation of electronic records shall indicate, among other things, the official data and time applied.
In addition, Article 6.2(j) of the Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November 2009, by which said Law is partially implemented, establishes that the electronic headquarters shall indicate the date and time.
In compliance with both provisions we provide the official date and time of the Headquarters of the Island Council Tenerife.
It is necessary to update them when certainty of the same is required at a given time.
