You will need to be the holder of an electronic certificate issued by one of the Certifying Entities recognised by the Island Council of Tenerife or to have the new National Identity Document (DNI), which includes this certificate. The application will be registered electronically, with the same validity as if it had been submitted in person. In order for this registration to take place from your computer, you must first review the technical requirements of your computer.
