About the e-registry
What is the e-registry?
The Electronic Registry is a digital version of the General Registry of the Council Tenerife, therefore it has the same legal validity.
It allows you to initiate the processing of the administrative procedures indicated in the section Services and Processes, by submitting applications, documentations or communications, at any time (24 hours a day, 365 days a year), without having to go to our offices, including days on which the Administration premises are closed.
To use the Electronic Registry, it is essential to have an electronic certificate issued by one of the certifying entities recognised by the Island Council of Tenerife.
However, certain processes can be carried with a username and password, provided to you by the Island Administration.
Find all the information you need to know about the means of identification (Electronic Certificates/username and password) in the section How to identify yourself.
To facilitate access to the Registry we have put the Catalogue of Processes and Services of the Council of Tenerife at your disposal, with access to the standard forms for the submission of applications, documents and communications associated with each of the procedures that can be processed online.
Subsequent to the submission of your application online, and once it has been recorded, you'll be able to access proof of registration through the electronic headquarters, by accessing your personal area. In addition, if you provided an email address in the application, you will be sent the proof of registration to that address. The time of receipt of this email varies because it depends not only on the Council but also external services.

What is the calendar of non-working days?

- Order of 18 October 2018 determining the local festivals of each municipality of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for the year 2019.
Bear in mind that, on the Electronic Registry, you can submit applications, documents and communications 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Saturdays, Sundays and days considered as non-working according to the above-mentioned calendar, without forgetting that, for the purpose of calculating time periods set in working or calendar days, and in terms of fulfilment by the parties concerned, submissions made on Sundays or non-working days shall be deemed to have been submitted in the first hour of the following working day.
